» you can't tell where the darkness begins or it ends
Who: Kate Bishop Hawkeye and whoever wants to join in.
What: Night patrol, keeping the streets free of violence and people becoming dinner.
Where: Abrogate Green
When: Midnight between Misdi and Coardi
Notes: Come run into her. She is here to halp if you need it and chat if you don't. And perhaps run into fellow superheroes? Also, if you are not familiar with her in her hero role, pretend the costume actually hides her identity?
Abrogate Green. Not one of the high class towns of Baedal, but it's not the lesser desirable sections either. For now, though, it's a familiar area to the young woman who's taking a seat on a random rooftop in the middle of the night. She's dressed in purple spandex from head to toe, accessorized with a pair of sunglasses, a white scarf, and a bow and arrow set that's honestly hard to miss no matter how dark it is.
Suddenly, she jumps to her feet, pulling the string of the bow taut at the same time. She freezes and aims towards her lower left, slowly taking in the shadowy movement that caught her attention. Just a coyote digging in the trash. Nothing to get worked up over. Except... that coyote morphs into a human being--or something that looks like one--and ambles off out of the alleyway. All Kate can do is pull her arms back into a relaxed position and shake her head, not even shocked at werecoyotes and shapeshifters.

Baedal makes Kate feel at home with things like this.

Kate just sighs heavily as she gets a couple of ties in one hand and wriggles to get her arrow back in the quiver and her bow in a position that frees her hand enough to grab this clown's wrists. Dealing with this guy is like dealing with Tommy only with less explosions. At least she's managed to get his wrists tied together without him talking her ears off, but when Kate grabs him by a shoulder to turn him around, the face that stares back at her makes her wish he just kept talking.
"Remy?"

But there is a better question for her to ask Remy: "What were you doing to that guy?" Please don't say mugging.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Kate's not too familiar with the syndicates just yet, only picking up bits and pieces of names and intel from overhead conversations while on patrol. It would have been nice if Remy gave her a head's up when the guy was still on the scene instead of spending the last few minutes trolling her.

There is a method to his madness, you see.

"You take the long way around things, don't you?" Now she can't follow up on that guy, yes, but at the same time, it kills any potential for more patrolling because while the city is huge, huge cities always seem to be smaller than they seem. The likelihood of her running into said guy again is a probability that Kate doesn't want to test. She might as well go home and go straight to bed.
Running a hand over her face and into her hair, Kate sighs again. "What now?"

"I like the scenery." He's still amused - she did pretty good, and he feels like she'll probably quicken up without any nagging at all, even if it's only to avoid a repeat performance from Remy himself. "Now I bail and get back to work, and pretend I managed to ditch you."

She'll have to. Granted, Kate has been slacking in the other place since things were easier. Definitely will have to grab the boys and do some heaving training regardless of how much they complain. Last thing Kate needs is for Eli to show up here and moan and groan about how lazy they've gotten.
"Whatever. I'll hit you for this later." That's a joke. Maybe.

"Thanks." He grins. "Have a good night~"
And he's off. To do... whatever it is he does, to keep his houseful afloat. Mysterious.
