It's like paradise, spread out with a butter knife :: [OPEN]
Who: EVERYONE
What: Réjean has decided that more people ought to celebrate and help raise a bit of dosh for one of his favourite bars. See: flyer.
Where: The Apache.
When: Misdi night and into the wee hours of the morning.
Warnings: Discussion of Pickman's manky feet.
The Apache is much the same as it always is: dimly lit, with the jukebox playing in the background, and the bartender serving whatever's on tap. Tonight, the bar is packed with people from all across the city, different cantons and cohorts, all out to celebrate surviving the fungal plague. Patrons are encouraged to buy tickets for a door prize with the proceeds going to repair the damage tunnelling ants made to the cellar.

Since life was starting to suck in general for Isobel, both here and in Mystic Falls. At least here didn't involve being compelled into tricking her only real friend. That was one plus the city had going for it.

He was an independent soul and liked his own company a little too much (both a bear and a human thing, not that either were separate, but intrinsic to one another) but it was good to see supernatural folk out in the open, in big numbers. Even vampires.

The only real one right now being the distinct absence of Klaus. Anything else right now is just bugging her, especially the lack of anyone she can compel into being a minion. Granted, she's only tried it once, but... she's not really keen on a second time in a place like this just in case it won't work.

He gives a little shrug, not bothering to finish the sentence.

"Not everyone feels the same."
She's leaving it open-ended for him to ask about her, should he feel like it. Whether or not she'll answer - and honestly - is another matter entirely.
