Oh, for crying out loud. Billy crouches by Tommy and pokes him in the shoulder. He doesn't seem to be bleeding anywhere, he's just... complaining, and not moving. And okay, complaining is normal, but the not moving part is kind of worrying when it comes to Tommy.
