Kiden's tired of arguing with this clown, so doing it as easy as pie, she slips into No-Time, something she hasn't bothered to do for almost a week straight. She could just leave the guy there and let him wonder where she went when time goes back to normal, but she's here for a reason and he needs to learn his lesson.

There's a metal coat hanger lying next to the garbage can that Kiden notices when she manages to climb out and back onto solid ground. She can't touch this guy, not with skin to skin contact, but she can get what she wants out of him with a little ingenuity. Unraveling the hanger, Kiden straightens it out just enough for it to slip into the pocket of his scrub's pants and wiggle his wallet out enough that it falls onto the pavement. Score one for Team Nixon.

There isn't much in there, but a few marks is better than no marks. And by the time Rex realizes something is off, both his wallet and Kiden will be gone. Which would be right about now.
