Arthur arrives at the designated intersection almost exactly one hour and fifty minutes after his departure. If any other members of Delta team had been looking for him on the El Train, or indeed at or around any station between Mog Hill and the Spatters, they would not have seen him.

He looks much the same as he did before leaving the temple, save having replaced his wingtips with a more practical (but no less stylish!) pair of boots. Still not visibly armed, still unsmiling, now twisting the top back onto a small flask and slipping it into his bag as he swallows. He looks entirely non-threatening. Kind of scrawny, actually, from a distance.
