For a moment, when she sees his face, so grim, Ava has the same worry. Has something happened to him or someone he knows? Does he need help? But his expression shifts--he may not realize it but she sees it, and an almost relieved smile crosses her lips in return.

"Boromir." She moves to meet him, her voice warm. "I'm fine, please don't worry. I've been volunteering here. It gives me something to do since my job ended."

A pause, and then: "...And it's been far too long, I agree. How are you?"
