Iago always had an eye on Rex, so he normally wasn't too far away, but he had to just...get away. Iago was a social creature, prone to falling into conversation with almost anyone about anything. He enjoyed it- thrived on it, and was actually grateful for this little party, despite the fuss he had kicked up about actually going.
