Once the kitchen's properly reorganized - once Narcissa's made sure that everything's in its right place and she isn't going to have to search for anything if she needs it at any point this afternoon - she returns to her upstairs study with the intention of getting a little bit more done with regard to her recent foray into Baedal philanthropy on Hellsing's behalf. One doesn't get money without spending any, and she's making lists of names, numbers, prices - everything they need and where they'll be able to get it and for how much, as gauche as it is.

She'll be down to answer the door, but for now she drinks tea and makes a few follow-up calls.
