Normally Conner wouldn't be too worried if Tim didn't show up back home. But that was back home. This is a completely new and unfamiliar place, so when Tim is gone for awhile, he starts getting a little worried. When Tim doesn't come back for the night, that worry only grows, but Tim is Red Robin. He can definitely take care of himself and he said he was out doing some recon so if Conner tried to find him just because he was worried, he might screw things up. But if Tim wasn't home by the next night, screw it, he was going to go find him.

He spends the night sleeping fitfully in a chair by the door because he wants to make absolutely sure he's right here when Tim gets back, just to check him over and make sure he's alright. He hopes he's alright.

He's still dozing when he hears the door opening, sitting upright even if it takes him a little while to fully wake up. Krypto's already up and bounding over to Tim, tailing wagging and whining softly.

Conner is pretty sure Tim was not out all night getting groceries but for now, he just gives a 'hey' in greeting.
