Restraint is a valuable trait, Ilde has found, albeit slightly at odds with the attitude she's developed out of her own world ('stab things that make you mad'; not foolproof, admittedly). The opportunity to observe someone else's restraint in action comes about entirely by chance - the temple she's most inclined to frequent is Shada's in Brock Marsh (where she lingers outside and almost invariably moves on before making her mind up about whether or not to go in) and she's not often in Mog Hill, but Queequeg's even does good decaf and it was a good spot to settle in while reading through Professor Quirin's first response.
