Arraying them neatly, he says, "For the past several months, I've been attached to the Hellsing investigation into the Candlelighter organization." It's a high priority, being worked on quietly and steadily since they became aware of them - there's a team of agents and paper-pushers who have the Candlelighter case on their load. "These four individuals broke away from the House and with a pretty slim margin for error, I can tell you that they joined the Candlelighter cause. They're tied, at least, to the recent plague outbreak. I'd like to know more about their history with the House and individually, whatever you can give me to work with."

Taking a sip of the tea, he shrugs - in person, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who works a desk job, but Baedal's funny like that. "I need to know more about the lives they were living before this." It is not an accusation toward the House; it's an opportunity for the House to be cooperative and concerned and avoid the necessity for such accusations.
