Ruby is gathering supplies (and groceries) for her new place; this is more involved than she really expected, but then, she's never lived properly on her own before. She's dressed in pale yellow, a denim jacket over it, with flat sandals. It's still warm enough for summer wear, and she plans to take advantage. She's glad for the independence this city has granted her, but the quiet of her apartment is getting to her, and she's even more glad to see that the Bazaar is relatively busy.

Especially when she sees her favorite Nord. Though her arms are full of shopping, she calls out to him.
