"You're late." That isn't immediately what's wrong, but the subject of Bellatrix - and Narcissa's own doubts about Bellatrix's obsessions - is uncomfortable and picking at Lucius usually makes her feel better. In fairness, he wasn't exactly expecting a warm greeting for arriving home in the arse end of the morning and so she is, at least, reassuringly consistent.

Still, given that they've got company, she restricts herself to that icy opener and elaborates, "Your other self appears to have slipped into the city unnoticed. Someone saw him attempting to rob me in the woods and alerted Sir Hellsing. I sorted him out and he's sleeping upstairs, we-" with a glance at Integra, who she's decided she likes, even if she is a bewildering muggle, "-have been discussing the situation."
