But when she cruises past a service room with the door only slightly ajar, an aid pokes her head out only a moment later.
"Excuse me," the aide calls. "You look lost, can I direct you?" She pushes the door all the way open, clearly inviting Anna out of the dreary hall. (There's a faint smell of blood emanating from the room - fresh, something inhuman and unpleasant; the uniformed assistant is human and alive, and so is whomever else is in the room with her.)
