This time he doesn't even really tense up, though there's a distinct awareness about him all the same. He stays beside her for a moment to make sure she's not going to throw up or faint, and then moves to pick up a glass of water waiting nearby. (There's a pitcher, too, because she's a damned water-being and he's not stupid, along with the recovery potion.)
