It's both a terrifying and fascinating concept - to never again have music that's familiar, to set aside all the sounds and tracks he's sunk so much of his head and enthusiasm and career into, but to have all these doors and windows opened to things that Earth couldn't imagine. He's impossibly curious.

At the Cher comment, Jae cracks up. "It's true," he asserts, "cockroaches and Cher. Oh my god." Not even interdimensional abduction can stop her.
