Awkward glances and side-eyeing are the least of Deucalion's worries, and frankly, nothing new to him. Regardless, when somebody nearby is so blatantly and unrelentingly doing just that... it's hard not to address. Besides, there is a certain merit to not ignoring the accused.
For one, indulging in this does provide a form of mild entertainment. And for some reason or another, blame it on the circumstances, Deucalion decides to play along this once.
