Cassandra walked over. She had a very limited amount of strength in her arms, but she could break a fall as well as any other cushion. She looked up, wondering what Jones was looking for. Clearly something. This couldn't have just been a happenstance. Cassandra had pretty much given up on the whole notion of happenstance a long time ago.
"I've never heard of Chicago," Cassandra said, watching her. "Is it anywhere near Los Angeles? I knew some people from Los Angeles awhile back."
