The fact that someone even knows the Cure here - for all she knows, half these people are from places where the Cure never existed - has that grin on Kaitlyn face turning into a wider, more genuine one rather quickly. "Some people always are," she counters bemusedly.

An eyebrow is quirked as she watches the note drift down towards her case, landing just inside the far edge of the guitar case. Well, someone is feeling generous, and Kaitlyn is far from the type to argue. Turning and setting the guitar aside, she decides to focus wholly on Irene for a moment, eyes flitting up and down her form as furtively as she can manage.

"I don't usually get anyone so lovely stopping to listen to me play random music in the park," she laments as she leans against the back of the bench. "Do you usually come through the park? I only just started coming here myself."
