"If you're under eighteen, I said nothing," Irene says breezily- clearly not too worried. She'd put Kaitlyn in her twenties if she had to guess.

The blush and the slight hesitation is nice; Irene likes to wrongfoot people. (It's not an entirely pleasant part of her personality, but some people find it exciting-- for a time).

"I enjoy it about as much as anyone can enjoy their workplace. But it's my kind of venue," she adds, grinning. "Really good dens of vice are so hard to find."

Once more, she's aiming to shock, though Kaitlyn might be more prepared for that by now.
