Steph is a little apprehensive about this lesson. There's a fine line to tread between keeping her motivations secret, and actually learning, and she's not sure how well that's gonna go. But she'll try at least, and hopefully pick up something useful.

When her shift is over, she grabs her bag - it has a few books and a change of clothes, because if she's gonna be dodging curses she doesn't want her work clothes getting damaged - and heads out the front. She assumes that's where Hermione will wait and is pleased that she was right.

"Hey," she speaks up when she's within earshot, "Ready to beat me up with magic?"
