Jim gets to his feet, moving to help Jones up, but she's righted herself before he reaches her--probably because he stands still holding that little girl. Once Jones is up Jim settles the girl on his hip again.

"There are five men back in one of the other chambers," he says, gesturing. "They're secure. I hope that's all there is of this outfit. They gave these kids something, I don't know what the hell it is."

He looks at Jones for a long moment. "Thank you for coming so quickly. And for bringing blankets. Help me get them covered, I want to make sure they stay warm."
