On occasion Megan does actually use the train -- usually when she's trying to get somewhere she's never been, because while she's always teleported someplace new without going through a wall or into the floor, she isn't actually sure if that's a part of her new mutation or just coincidence. It's better to have an idea of where she's going before she goes.

It's also not unusual for people to call her name in public -- she's a bit of a public figure in her scene anymore -- and she turns from where she's fiddling with a bit of paper with directions on it, looking for the source. "Hi?" It takes her a moment to place a face to a name -- she meets a lot of people and half the time she's drunk, it... yes, it takes a while.
