"Sure," although she gives Megan a bit of a skeptical glance, unsure whether the part about having just ate is true. Steph opens the fridge and puts the soup and orange juice inside, she'd also bought a small carton of milk and a hlf dozen eggs, which go in the fridge too. She belatedly realises that maybe she should've asked Jae if Megan was a vegan, but it's too late now, "I got you some basics, I know grocery shopping can be hard when you're feeling sick."

There's also a small loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, a couple of cup noodles, aspirin and tylenol. But Steph will get them out in a second, for now she's inspecting the fridge to make sure there's no expired food in there.

She looks over to Megan at the question and smiles, "Yeah, it's Steph, and I was at your party." The offered cigarette gets turned down with a shake of her head and a mouthed no thanks.
