Her first reaction to seeing Megan is a worried frown. She looks worse than Steph expected and she's surprised Jae wasn't more concerned about Megan. The frown doesn't last long though, Steph smooths it over with a gentle smile.

"Hey, Megan. I heard you were feeling a bit under the weather, so I brought chicken soup, orange juice and cookies," She shifts the weight of the bag in her arms. There's obviously more than just soup and cookies in there but Steph will mention the rest if/when it's needed. She won't actually ask to come in, she might've, before she'd actually seen how Megan looked, but now she doesn't want to push too hard. She's worried Megan won't respond well to any kind of pressure and chooses to leave it completely up to her whether she wants to just take the food and lock herself back up, or if she wants to invite Steph in.
