"I'm a doctor, I know how hard those decisions can be and more than that," her voice lowered, because this wasn't something that she normally spoke about with anyone. "I know how it can be when everything's destroyed and people are counting on you to save everything." And she meant everything, that much was certain from her tone. "I know what kind of decisions you need to make then."
