Someone like Hasibe is never alone, not really; she always has people around her, wanting little pieces of her body and soul, but that doesn't mean any of them really do much to impact the loss she feels. She knows that if they were in the places they've visited before, or her own world, she could change things, but here she feels hamstrung, and that isn't something she's ever genuinely experienced before--helplessness is something she plays at.

It isn't good for the slight case of PTSD she's nurtured since Hyde, and it isn't good for the city, either.

She's coming home from one of those parties she still goes to and still seems perfect at because no one ever really knew about her and Bruce, anyway, they were always each other's secret. Her dress is immaculate. She doesn't look sad. But how Hasibe looks has never really been the whole story.
