I'm in Chimer some. He doesn't tend to come this far north -- once or twice for work, but that's all. They're similar-ish, though Chimer tends to be sleepier, less rowdy. He does wonder what that means relative to the canton. It's... He pulls a face, exaggerated. Not. Which has less to do with the neighbourhood and more to do with the people he knows who live there. How he keeps attaching himself to people like that is anyone's guess. Just too polite to say no, probably.
