Garrus remained completely silent as he took all this in, for the most part keeping his expression even for the moment. He'd been through this already. A few times. It was utterly ridiculous, but here it was. Plain as day. He could really only justify dismissing it all as crap so many times before he just felt stupid.
Somehow after Hellboy had finished speaking he felt even more exposed then when he'd walked in with Shepard. He expected a human majority, but now there was so much more to consider. Things he really couldn't even begin to comprehend because the words were completely unfamiliar. More from human lore, perhaps.
"These supernatural elements from your Earth aren't on the best of terms, I take it? Or are all those weapons meant for the locals?"
He was glad that at least one of them couldn't read the agitated twitching of his mandibles. He wasn't sure how much Shepard had picked up over time, but it was a conscious effort to stop, just like the other tic. It wasn't just that he was the only turian; the outlook for his general survival managed to seem quite bleak just then. There was some amount of diversity, just not of the reassuring kind.
