Sometimes Steph reminds Kate of Tommy, in more ways than one. This is one of them. It's not a bad thing, just something that can make her roll her eyes and sigh with fondness. And that is the exactly reaction Kate gives as she glances back down and the menu and picks one of the chicken dishes (and sneaks in a glass of wine along with her order) before handing her menu off.
