When Jae starts speaking, they sort of just become two guys recovering from horror on the riverbanks of Creekside, Jae significantly worser for wear but Sunny quite ordinary and quite damp. He thinks about that and thinks too about the slight blur that fuzzes the syllables of Jae's words. The truth can't hurt, sometimes.
